Regular Maintenance

Maintenance of heating, venting, and air conditioning (HVAC) comfort systems is very important for a number of reasons. First, maintenance optimizes functional efficiency of your comfort systems. Second, following maintenance schedules can enhance the longevity of your equipment. Third, scheduled tune ups and efficiency checks are important to ensure proper and efficient functioning of your equipment - cutting costs and ensuring your comfort. Proper maintenance of your home comfort systems equipment ensures that you get the most out of your equipment - saving you money and time in the process.

Service Agreements

We highly recommend that our clients sign up for service agreements in order to keep their equipment running smoothly. Each service agreement includes a yearly tune up. We offer a variety of service agreements, including:

We offer warranty programs to cover our home comfort equipment including a one year warranty on every piece of equipment that we sell. This one year warranty covers one year of labor and all parts coverage. It also provides a 24 hour heating service guarantee. In addition to our warranty, various manufacturers offer warranties on their equipment (terms vary from brand to brand).

SystemGard Extended Warranties

Our SystemGard Program is an optional “no worries” extended service and maintenance program for all equipment that we sell. It includes five years of labor coverage, five years "all parts" coverage, four annual maintenance tune ups, and a 24 hour heating service guarantee.

Emergency Service

SMO offers 24/7 emergency support for our clients. Whether your heating or air conditioning system is down, or you're experiencing tank or water leaks, we'll be there any time of day or night to help resolve the problem in a timely manner. Our 24/7 emergency support service is just another way that SMO strives to provide seamless service.
