With a Service Agreement, you'll ensure that your equipment is running as efficiently as possible - while maintaining your heating and cooling costs.
We offer a number of service agreements for your heating and cooling systems to help protect you from expensive repairs if your equipment fails.
Our plans have been carefully designed to provide you with a combination of value and protection that you will not find anywhere else. Not only do our plans offer protection from equipment failure, but each plan also includes an annual equipment tune up at no extra charge. Tune ups keep your system operating at maximum efficiency saving you money and protecting against breakdowns.
We currently offer seven service agreements for your equipment.
• 100% coverage of more than 30 parts that become defective due to normal use or wear and tear
• FREE annual tune up
• Guaranteed priority service
• 10% discount on any emergency service calls made outside of normal business hours
• $35 in Loyalty Credits each year, up to a total of $500 - which can be applied to future equipment upgrades

• Emergency service for "no heat" will be provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
