Starting in La Plata in 1926, we provided fuel to Southern Maryland under some of our same principles today – “courteous and efficient service.” Over the years we’ve grown to being one of the leading heating and cooling companies in the area, expanding our products and services to heating fuels, propane, heating and cooling equipment, and commercial fuels. Sign-On Bonus for New Employees!
SMO Energy is now offering a sign-on bonus for new employees!
- HVAC Tech School Grad or 1+ yr. HVAC/Install Experience: $1,000*
- 2+ yr. Experienced Tech or Installer: $1,500*
- Licensed Journeyman Technician: $5,000**
**Bonus amounts will be paid in 3 parts, $1,000 upon successful completion of 90 days, $1,500 upon successful completion of 6 months and $2,500 after successful completion of 1 year.
